Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Artycor, every product is handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, wood grain, texture, finish, engraving, and dimensions are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided production or dispatch has not begun.
  • Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has commenced or the design has been approved.
  • Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product arrives damaged during transit.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and, where reasonably required to verify transit damage, an uninterrupted unboxing video.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
  • Natural handmade variations in colour, wood grain, texture, finish, engraving, or dimensions

Approved products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 7 days of approval. Please do not return any product without prior authorization.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

Original shipping charges, COD handling charges, and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
