Welcome to Artycor. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order on this website, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

2. Products

Artycor specializes in handcrafted, handmade, personalized, and made-to-order products.

Because every product is individually handcrafted, slight variations in:

  • Colour
  • Wood grain
  • Texture
  • Finish
  • Engraving depth
  • Hand-painted details
  • Dimensions

are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Product photographs are intended for illustration only. Colours, proportions, and appearance may differ slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and the handmade nature of the product.

Decorative accessories shown in product photographs are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

3. Product Availability

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may:

  • Issue a full refund,
  • Offer an equivalent alternative, or
  • Dispatch the product once it becomes available, subject to your approval.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated separately during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or technical errors at any time.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that your order has been received.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted only when it has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment verification failure
  • Suspected fraud
  • Duplicate or accidental orders
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Orders intended for unauthorized resale

Where payment has already been received, any cancelled order will be refunded.

6. Customized & Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • Addresses
  • Personalization
  • Dimensions
  • Colours
  • Design approvals

Once production begins or the design has been approved, customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded except where required by law or where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, governmental actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control shall not make Artycor liable for compensation.

Risk of loss and ownership pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order, you agree to those policies.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on this website is owned by Artycor.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Product designs
  • Product photographs
  • Illustrations
  • Logos
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Icons
  • Videos
  • Branding
  • Website layout

No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.

10. Customer-Provided Content

Where customers submit photographs, artwork, logos, or other material for customized products, the customer confirms that they possess all necessary rights or permissions to use such content.

Artycor shall not be responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided content.

We reserve the right to refuse customization requests containing unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing material.

11. Reviews & User Content

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other content to Artycor, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove any content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with website security.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Scrape, copy, or extract website content using automated tools without permission.

13. Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Artycor does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, OTP, or banking credentials.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being restricted for future purchases.

14. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, we reserve the right to:

  • Verify orders before dispatch.
  • Request additional identity verification.
  • Cancel suspicious transactions.
  • Refuse future orders from customers engaging in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Artycor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

16. Product Care & Installation

Customers are responsible for following the product care and installation instructions provided with the product.

Damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Improper storage
  • Water exposure
  • Moisture
  • Direct sunlight
  • Chemicals
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse
  • Normal wear and tear

is not covered under our return or refund policies.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that walls, surfaces, mounting hardware, adhesives, screws, or installation methods are suitable for the product.

17. Force Majeure

Artycor shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fire
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Power failures
  • Supplier shortages
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Labour disputes
  • Technical failures

18. Privacy

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
